Item description: This Wilton product is by Wilton - The 19 pieces of this set comprise 4 different scroll designs (4 of each), 1 holder and two locks. Arrange the pieces to form designs you'll imprint on cookie dough or the fondant or buttercream on cake sides or tops. After pressing down (gently), pipe cream along the lines of the scroll impressions. If your cake covering is buttercream, wait fifteen to twenty minutes to let it get more solid, since it's too soft at first to keep an imprint. The holder is translucent white plastic. The scroll tiles are translucent purple plastic. The two locks are opaque (non-translucent) purple plastic and have on one side the Wilton name in raised letters. Assembly: Allowing space for the locks, each of them 1 inch / 25mm wide--and each of them lying flat in the holder--you'll have room for up to 5 pieces, all of the tiles having the same width (1-5/16 inch / 33 millimeters). After you've slid the pieces in place--leaving an inch of empty space at each end of the holder--you need to keep them from sliding out by inserting each of the locks from one side and flipping it closed.
