Item description: This Commercial Refrigeration product is by True - True’s salad/sandwich units are designed with good quality and offers stainless steel front, top and ends. This TSSU-48-12 offers foam insulated lid and hood will help in keeping pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness and minimize condensation; they are removable for easy cleaning. The interior of this unit is NSF approved with a clear coated aluminum liner. It comes with a full length removable cutting board. It is an NSF approved white polyethylene that provides a tough preparation surface. This TSSU-48-12 comes with four heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves and also comes with 12 (1/6 size) clear polycarbonate food pans. The counter top pan opening is designed to fit varying size pan configurations; these are not included. The unit is pre-wired at factory for a 115 voltage and comes with a cord and plug.Please refer to the specification sheet for additional information.
