Item description: This Commercial Refrigeration product is by Beverage-Air - This prep table, SPE60-16 is an all around top notch unit. It comes equipped with an enhanced refrigeration system. The SPE60-16 has better airflow throughout the cabinet which assures products in open containers are kept below 41 degrees and above freezing. This in turn will help increase product shelf life, higher quality food, better food appearance and fresher product. The exterior includes heavy-duty stainless steel finish on front, sides, top, doors and grille. The SPE60-16 doors are mounted with cartridge style hinges to help with self closing under their own weight. It comes equipped with six inch casters, two with brakes, legs are an option. The SPE60-16 comes standard with a 10 wide white polyethylene plastic and can be removed for cleaning. It comes with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves per section and 4 deep polycarbonate plastic pans. Please refer to the specification sheet for more information.
