Unlike injectors, the Seasoning Stick delivers savory flavor that permeates your meat, fish, or fowl. Features multiple, evenly-spaced perforations to infuse flavoring. Simply open the clasp to add minced herbs, garlic, finely-chopped onions, celery, peppercorns or lemon zest. Insert seasoning stick into meat to disperse flavor evenly from the inside. Perforations ensure food absorbs and retains flavoring throughout roasting, grilling or smoking. Will season a roast up to 10 lbs; a leg of lamb up to 10 lbs; and a turkey up to 18 lbs. For meat weighing 10 lb. or more, use two seasoning sticks. After cooking, let meat rest for 10 minutes. Using a pot holder or oven mitt, grab the pull-ring and remove seasoning stick from meat.
