Use the optional Camchiller® and turn your 1318MTC into a portable refrigerator. Capacity: 8 tray supports on 1 1/2" centers. Holds up to 8 ea. 13" x 18" sheet pans. Plus full, 1/2 and 1/3 size food pans in varying depths.
