Item description: This CK Products product is by CK Products - The stick part of this mold is 4-13/16-inch long. Note the shape of that stick indentation--NOT the half-cylinder groove shape made for lollipop sticks. Instead, the indentation is flat, and narrows from 3/8 inch at its end to 1/4 inch where it reaches the rose cavity. Each chocolate piece shaped in this mold--counting the rose and the whole length of the stick--should measure 1-5/8 inch x 6-1/2 inch x 1/2 inch high. Unlike the relative flatness of the chocolate molded in most other Sucker chocolate molds, the chocolate rose formed in this mold has a height of 1/2 inch. The height is made greater than that, however, by a ramp-like downward slope from the end of the stick until the rose, which creates a 5/8-inch-thick platform beneath the rose that adds to its height. The combined height of the rose with that platform is 1-1/8 inch. 4 cavities. If you have one pound of chocolate, it should make about 20 pieces in this mold. Transparent colorless mold 1/64 inch (1/2 millimeter) thick. Firm but bendable. Overall size of mold 7-1/2 inch x 9-1/2 inch. Made of FDA-approved plastic. NOT dishwasher safe.
