Item description: This Truffly Made product is by Truffly Made - Truffly Made Silicone Mat 16-3/8 inch x 24-1/16 inch (not counting tabs) Thickness 1/16 inch The Truffly Made Silicone Mat is placed on top of Truffly Made molds while the unfinished chocolate truffles are in the cavities and uncovered by the closing layer of chocolate, the filling still exposed. The mat is sized to cover two Truffly Made molds (each 11-1/2 inch x 15 inch) that lie on a full-size baking sheet (baking sheet on the bottom, Truffly Made molds in the middle, Truffly Made Mat on top) and protect the filling from dampness and dust. Also use as a non-stick sheet in the oven (up to 482F / 250C) or freezer (down to -40F / -40C). Sticky buns, sugar and ice cream will come off the Truffly Mat and leave it clean.
