The Fat Daddio’s Mad Dadder pans are designed with the company's existing heavy duty seamless drawn technology for level baking and consistent results. The Mad Dadder™ pans became available for purchase in 2010 and all pans feature the company's anodized aluminum. Premier cake designer Colette Peters of the prestigious New York–based Colette’s Cakes created and won renown for this cake design when she was singled out in the 1986 published book Tiffany Taste.
