This cutter can be used to cut out shapes for applique or to make three-dimensional sugar flowers. Roll out gum paste thinly on a non-stick surface. Cut out shape, pressing firmly to produce a clean edge. Assemble flowers according to instructions in one of the many available sugarcraft books or as directed by a sugarpaste instructor.
