Item description: This Pavoni product is by Pavoni - The two identical molds in this set are each the PL12 Round mold, and the set comes with a polycarbonate tray. The Pavogel mold is the easiest and cleanest way to prepare ice cream pops on a stick. The stick (50 included) is inserted (under the ice cream cavity) in a slot whose section (part of the mold) has a hinge (also part of the mold). The hinged parts are held together by protuberances in one part and holes in the other. The hinge makes removing the ice cream or ices easy and clean, since the ice cream pop is free to be lifted out in its entirety--with the stick--so the food remains untouched. Using your Pavogel mold Fill the cavities with the unfrozen ices or ice cream. Push each wooden stick into its slot. Run your spatula over the ice cream to level it. Stick the mold with the dessert in a blast chiller for 90 minutes. Flip the hinge open and take out the dessert by the stick.
