Item description: This Martellato product is by Martellato - Mold in 3 magnetic polycarbonate pieces. 1 piece has solid hemispheres, 1 has matching hemispheres, each with a hole for filling the complete sphere with chocolate, and 1 is flat with matching holes, the even surface letting you scrape off the excess chocolate after filling. The girdle adds a drop to the diameter of each cavity, which is otherwise 24mm but 28mm at the girdle (so this is not a perfect sphere). 8 grams each cavity. Overall size of mold 7 inch x 11 inch.
