Item description: This Orchard Products product is by Orchard Products - As well as cutting out tiny blossoms, this cutter can make an attractive embossed pattern round a cake by alternately reversing its position as you go round. These cutters - Ref. 35 series - were designed to help with cutting out the usual large number of blossoms required, but only cutting an amount at one time which could be cupped and pierced before the paste begins to dry out.                          Tip: turn the paste over before cupping for a finer edge.
