The stick (50 included) is inserted (under the ice cream cavity) in a slot whose compartment (integrated with the mold) has a hinge. The two parts joined at the hinge fit together by nubs in one part and holes in the other. The advantage of the hinge is the ease of exposing not just the ice cream part but the whole ice cream pop, with the stick, by which you can then lift the ice cream out and keep it from touching your fingers. That means hygiene. How to use the Pavogel mold With a decorating bag or chocolate funnel, fill the Pavogel cavities. Slip each stick in its slot. Level the ice cream with a spatula.
