Whole Foods' seafood guru talks sustainable sourcing policy at UN conference

Carrie Brownstein, seafood quality standards coordinator for Whole Foods Market, Inc., on Friday discussed her company's new sustainable seafood policy at a United Nations press conference highlighting the importance of investing in initiatives that tackle overfishing and protect marine biodiversity, and educate consumers of the benefits of buying sustainable fish products.
